• As a closed bid online property auction, you receive higher bids than those normally associated with live property auctions, as we have removed the daunting pressures of live auctions, making this auction more accessible to all types of buyers from around the world, not just limited to hardened investors looking to steal bargains to make huge profits, although this type of investor will still be actively bidding.
• The key differences between selling Property at auction and a closed bid auction is that no bidder is aware of the current highest bid.  This means that following a successful viewing, they will have to bid higher to increase their chances of winning the bid, as opposed to a live auction where they simply bid the minimum increment over the current highest bid.
