We are not estate agents, although we work with estate agents who obviously play a very important part in property marketing.

For this reason, we welcome estate agents to use our services on behalf of their clients.  If you are an estate agent and would like to offer additional services to your clients, you can now provide property auctions services by adding your clients properties to our auctions.  This would also allow property agents to introduce an additional revenue stream from the profits achievable from the registration costs.  Agents could also make a charge for taking photos for insertion into the auction, as opposed to always taking photos for no charge.

We do not see ourselves as competition to property agents, but as a complementary service assisting the market as a whole, and working in tandem with those estate agents who want to offer a broader range of services when marketing property for their clients.

If you are a property agent and would like to offer additional property marketing services to your clients, then drop us an email and we will contact you to discuss the offers we can make.  We should stress that we are not a standard listing company, and we do not recommend placing all your properties for sale, in our auction.  We do suggest that where you believe that a property is reasonably priced and can compete in the current market, this could provide you with an excellent additional route to successfully selling your client's properties, by inviting offers around a particular guide price range, whilst generating additional commissions which may not have happened otherwise.
