Registering your property for auction!

Entering property for auction could not be easier   Simply complete the registration form, top left of this page.  You will be instantly sent a confirmation email which you need to click on to verify your registration.  Now you can login with your selected user name and password.  Click "Add Property" and commence entering your property for auction, by listing your property details in our auction properties form.  At the bottom of the property form you can click "save". Now Check your details, scroll to the bottom of the form again, and add up to 10 photos.  Once you have finished uploading, click "Save". 

It is as simple as that.

How long is the Sales Process?

The standard process allows you to enter property for auction without instructing a solicitor to prepare searches, contracts etc.  This sales process takes around 6-8 weeks from the date of accepting the bid, either at the end of auction or prior should you accept a bid prior to auction close.  Once regsitered it is worth considering instructing your solicitor to prepare searches, contracts etc, as this will shorten your selling cycle and if in time will allow you to be listed as one of our rapid sale completion auction properties.

What if my property does not sell?

Obviously we are unlikely to sell all of our auction properties in one auction, but if your property does not sell at the auction, you as the owner will now be able to reflect on the bids you have received and re-enter the next auction for a marketing cost of only £20.  Your property will also continue to be marketed with our partnered sites, Property Finder and Hot Property.
